PT Harsya Remitindo is the owner of the IKI Pay Merchant application ("IKI Pay Merchant"). PT Harsya Remitindo and IKI Pay Merchant are collectively referred to as "we," "our," and "us" in this Privacy Policy (unless the context requires otherwise). This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose, store, process, and manage personal information. By subscribing to our services or entering into an agreement with us in relation to IKI Pay Merchant, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, processing, and handling of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also collect non-personal information about you, including but not limited to data related to your activities in IKI Pay Merchant (including IP address and real-time geographical location data at the time of transactions to ensure compliance with terms and for fraud detection purposes) through tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and other related software or data. You acknowledge that the personal information you provide to us and that we collect from you is your own information or information that you have authorized us to receive.

We may collect personal information about you from various sources, including but not limited to:

  1. Information that needs to be registered for the purpose of using IKI Pay Merchant.

  2. Contacting us or our service providers for any reason, including but not limited to reporting issues with IKI Pay Merchant, requesting further services, or seeking our assistance.

We may also collect your personal information through our related businesses, service providers, and third parties to provide you with better or more relevant services or products.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

With your consent, we use the collected personal information mainly for the purpose of providing you with the requested products and services, responding to your inquiries, creating and maintaining your account, and ensuring your compliance with our terms of use.
