Your account information is needed to help Harsya Team set up your account, it consists of:
User Data Your user data is to be migrated or inputted to Harsya Platform, you may skip this requirement if you want to start clean
Director Data Your company person in charge which is responsible for the account
Business Data Your business/company information
Review Process
Once you submit the application, our team will review it thoroughly. This process typically takes 2-5 business days. We'll notify you of the application status.
Admin Account Setup and Receive Credentials
If your application is approved, you'll receive a notification from our team requesting your preferred admin email address. This email address will be used to create your main account for managing your payment gateway.
Our team will send you a separate email containing your temporary login credentials, including username and password. The credentials are for one-time use only. You'll be required to set a new password and PIN upon your first login.
