After initiating a payment, always validate the final payment status to ensure your system updates the order accurately. There are two ways you can check the payment status:
Retrieve the payment status through the following APIs:
Retrieve List of Payment Sessionsarrow-up-right
Retrieve Payment Session Detailsarrow-up-right
You can manually check the payment status through your Merchant Dashboard:
Login to your Dashboard
Navigate to the Payment Menu
Search for the specific payment transaction (e.g., by Reference ID).
Click View to open the Payment Details page.
From there, you can see the complete status history, payment method used, and settlement details.
